🌷 Renewal & Rebirth – A March Mindfulness Walk 🌿
You’re warmly invited to join us for March’s free Mindfulness Walk, offered through Peaceworks Community Wellness.
March carries a quiet turning point.
Not quite winter.
Not fully spring.
But something is shifting.
This month’s theme, Renewal & Rebirth, invites us to gently explore what may be ready to begin again within us.

Growth doesn’t always arrive because we feel ready.
Sometimes it comes because staying the same begins to feel too small.
Together, we’ll walk the peaceful trails of Pine Valley Ranch Park, noticing the subtle signs of seasonal change around us — the thawing earth, the swelling buds, the lengthening light.
Through mindful walking, simple breath practices, grounding exercises, and guided reflection, we’ll explore:
• What feels ready to stretch or soften
• Where we may be holding tight
• What small step might honor our becoming
This is not about dramatic transformation.
It’s about quiet awareness.
About allowing yourself to unfold in your own time.
Each participant will receive a reflection card with a question and affirmation to carry along the trail — or return to later through journaling and daily life.
