You’re warmly invited to join us for this month’s free Mindfulness Walk—a gentle journey into nature where we’ll explore various themes.

Together, we’ll slow our steps and soften our hearts. We’ll pause for grounding, breathwork, and reflection—welcoming both the art of letting go and the gift of appreciation. This walk is an invitation to honor your own season of change, and to carry forward gratitude for the lessons and light that stay with you.

• Comfortable layers
• A small journal (optional)
• An open heart, ready to breathe and release
📍 Location: Pine Valley Ranch – 30400 Crystal Lake Rd., Pine, CO
