Spring Session: Spring Cleaning (Pantry version)

The spring gathering of the HeART, Soul, & Farm Homesteaders & Holistics Co-Op! Join is April 18 from 4-7P (Eastern) at Heart & Soul Farm in Pine Village.

Aubrey Dietrich will be talking about cleaning out our freezers and pantries of any leftover harvest to make room for 2026's harvest. This will include ways to use up those challenging items, and feature using dried beans!

Dawn Lechlitner will be teaching us how to make dishes from dried beans and Aubrey will be sharing some of her family's favorite plant based dishes.

The meeting will conclude with a pot luck. The spring pot luck theme is plant-based. Bonus points if it came from your 2025 harvest :)
