Cream Puff- Pâte à Choux Class (4 SPACES REMAINING)
Pâte à choux is the building block dough/batter for making various delicious pastries!

In class, we will teach and demonstrate how to make the perfect cream puff with choux dough,filled with pastry cream. Each guest will learn the various techniques of creating cream puffs with hands on guidance.

Class includes:
•3 hours of instruction and hands-on on learning
•A dozen cream puff shells and pastry cream
•A laminated copy of the recipe
•The confidence to make this delicious pastry fir your family and friends this holiday season!
