Our popular and quickly growing Junior Ceramics Guild is back this for kids ages 9+ who have taken at least one ceramics class, and have experience working with clay.

The Jr. Ceramics Guild has been developed after six years of kids clay classes here at the AAC.
The goal is to allow kids to access the studio in a different way, guiding each other as they learn and develop new skills with the help of Jr. Ceramics instructor Valerie Wynder.
Jr. Guild Members will have the opportunity to experiment with using specific types of glazes or underglazes, and using the wheel or hand-building. Each semester kids get to grow their skills and work on the projects that interest them the most!
Schedule: 10 weeks a semester, on Thursdays from 3:45- 5:30 PM

L ebel Mansion Ceramics Studio
$150 each- does not include all clay. Parents/guardians will be sent information on purchasing clay for their child upon registration. ( A bag of white clay is currently $30)
Students arrive via the Ceramics Studio Doors. The Ceramics studio is located at the back of the building and is accessible via the metal double doors. Don't forget to wear clothes you can get messy in!
You will receive an email with a permission form before the program begins.
**This class requires a minimum number of students to run. Course fees will be refunded should the class not run but otherwise Workshop fees are non-refundable. Should your child be unable to attend due to illness we ask that you get in touch with us**
