Refund Policy

Ticket Refund Policy – JINVANI RHYTHMS

1. All Sales Final:

All tickets purchased for Jinvani Rhythms are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the circumstances outlined below.

2. Event Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that the concert is canceled, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders via the original method of payment.

3. Event Rescheduling:

If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified with the new date and time.

4. No Refunds for Personal Reasons:

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change in personal plans

Travel or accommodation issues

Personal health concerns (unless accompanied by a valid medical certificate and approved at the organizer’s discretion)

No-shows on the day of the event

5. Force Majeure Clause:

The organizers shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or rescheduling due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes)

Acts of war, terrorism, or political unrest. Epidemics or pandemics ,Government-imposed restrictions or emergency regulations

In such cases, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of the organizers, but no cash refunds will be guaranteed.
