Meditation and Sound Healing

Join Elizabeth, Sarah and Rachael for a deeply restorative evening of sound healing and guided meditation.
This immersive session will help you release, reset and reconnect under the energy of the setting sun.

Sound Healing session will be conducted by the amazing Rachael. The beautiful touch and sound of the vibration as it moves through the body will help clear stagnant energy, harmonise the nervous system and bringing your body into balance.

Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and water, OR a comfortable chair.

This event will be $50 at the door.
