Join a wonderful singing bowl meditation session on Sunday August 31st in Lomas de Cabo Roig. In this sound journey you will be taken to total relaxation by stimulating all your senses and to discover what is going on inside you.
☆We start by drawing an angel card for self-insight, after which we move on to the sound instruments through meditation.
☆You lay down on your bed and close your eyes. The body is completely stimulated from within, which can provide deep relaxation. You surrender to the peace and harmony and experience an intense feeling of well-being.
☆When you sit up again, you will get a short head-, neck- and shouldermassage.
☆After the session you will receive your message for the day from your angel card.
☆You can stay for a cup of tea and have a swim in our beautiful pool afterwards.
