Sound Bath - Autumn Energy

As the leaves start to fall and the days grow shorter, take time to slow down. Join for a grounding and relaxing experience with healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes. Let the sounds bring stillness for your body to release and restore balance. Allow the body to rest, heal and settle into the autumn energy. Yoga mats and blanket provided. Please bring additional pillow/blanket if needed for comfort while lying down.
