🌿Stretch, Sound & Stroll🌿

Join me for a refreshing Saturday morning of yoga, sound healing, and nature connection!

We’ll begin with a full one-hour all-levels yoga class in the park, flowing together under the trees. To close, I’ll guide you into stillness with the soothing vibrations of a crystal bowl sound bath, leaving you relaxed and renewed.

After class, those who wish can stay for an optional group stroll around beautiful South Lake Temescal- the perfect way to carry the calm into the rest of your weekend.
