Experiential learning reaches new heights here this December at Farm in the Wildwood!
In this cooking class, protein-rich plant-only ingredients will be brought to the forefront. The recipes presented will be deliciously simple so that you can take what you learn and enjoy these meals time and time again.
In this 4-hour class, we'll cook a three-course meal, explore the value of food and spices used, the six tastes for digestion, and how to create a balanced diet with proteins, vitamins, minerals, probiotics and carbohydrates. We'll also cover proper liquid and solid proportions for meals.
Come hungry, and ready to see your cooking with a whole new perspective! We'll enjoy a meal together as we learn and you'll leave knowing how to share these same flavors with your loved ones!
About the speaker: Nanthana (Tanamayi) Vaiapuri has been invited across the southeast to share her knowledge and insights in Indian language, culture, and cuisine. We are thrilled to have the opportunity her teach at our farm. You can read more about her background and accomplishments at:
