5th Annual New Year's Eve Squirrel Drop

We began the Squirrel Drop in 2021 after seeing a need in Piedmont for a local New Year's Eve event that wouldn't cost our community a dime to attend. An event that would help our town ring in the New Year with joy and fellowship right in the heart of downtown. Now, it's time for the 5th Annual Piedmont Squirrel Drop! 🐿⚡️ While we typically honor a City of Piedmont department each year, we'll be honoring the City as a whole in celebration of our five-year milestone!

The Squirrel Drop will be downtown again this New Year's Eve on December 31st, 2025, so plan to join us at the gazebo that evening to ring in the New Year! We've got music, games, giveaways, and a free non-alcoholic sparkling cider midnight toast for the whole family, so stop on by at the intersection of Center and Ladiga.
