J.R. Aerobics is starting February 3, 2026!
Join me for an 8-week program at the Caribou Fire Hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00–7:00 PM.

On February 3, I’ll be offering a special one-class pass for just $5 for anyone who would like to try the class.
