Get outside your comfort zone and push beyond your limits in a safe space for creative exploration and risk-taking.
In this workshop, you’ll unlock your creativity and connect with the joy of movement. 
Bonnie will share her artistic process from her new work GIRLS GONE WILD, which is premiering at the Wollondilly PAC in September.

This workshop will involve:
guided writing tasks
physical warm-up
guided movement explorations
mini-performance showing
cool down
group discussion
Come with an open heart, an open mind, a notepad and pen. 
Please wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in and a pair of socks.
