This Carers Week, Feros Care invites you to take a break for you. 💙

Date & Time: Thursday 16 October, 4pm–5pm
Location: Magnetic Island State School

Discover the power of breath for emotional regulation, followed by a gentle yoga class to stretch and release tension.

Please bring a towel or exercise mat for your comfort.

Join us in supporting the carers in our community.
