I have noticed a lot of people recently, not keeping care of their homes and yards and also not following guidelines put forth in the deeds.  I know there’s a lot of controversy about starting an HOA, or bringing the civic Association back but I would love to be part of a group that would help at least set some basic guidelines to keep our values up
