Behind the Scenes

Join us for the October open house at the Pickerington-Violet Township Historical Society Museum from 2-4pm. All exhibits will be open. Admission is always FREE.
A special program in the lower level begins at 2:30pm. Our "Behind the Scenes" presentation will relate fun facts and stories from our local fire department. Former firefighters will be on hand to recall stories like how Pickerington responded to the blizzard of 1978. And perhaps you can coax them into telling you about the Mayflower Barn fire that destroyed a local landmark.
A handicapped accessible entrance to the lower level is in the rear of the building. A wheelchair lift to the upper level is beside it.
