Healing Steps

Healing Steps is an initiative brought to your by Black Runners of the GTA, The Trail Collective and Shireen Bhabha.

Healing Steps invites participates to find connection through movement in nature that honours and makes space for grief. Healing Steps will foster a safe space for self- reflection and connection to grief and how time moving in nature and community promotes healing. Healing is not a straight path, but a journey we can take together.
