Yin & Juice with Ashley

Yin & Juice – Join us for a 75 minute yin class with senior teacher Ashley Rathman and stay for a juice social after. Juices provided by Gangster Vegan are VEGAN, 100% organic, 100% gluten free, 100% soy free, refined sugar free and made with love locally! You will receive 8oz samples of three different flavors while relaxing and yapping with your fellow yin practioners. Pre-registration is required by Friday September 19th.

Juice flavors:
THE ROOTS - Orange, Beet, Carrot, Lemon
GREENLIGHT - Cucumber, Celery, Kale, Lemon, Chlorella, Spirulina
FLAVA IN YA EAR - Apple, Lemon, Ginger

Investment: $45 or $20 if you’re already a member (if you are a member and paying the $20, you will also need to sign up for the class as usual)
