Loss & Grief Workshop

Join Reverend Trudi Hirsch for this workshop in which we will explore and process individually, and with others, the way we navigate these difficult and often life-changing moments in our life.

Trudi will offer some supportive tools, as well as visualizations and breathing techniques that might help.

Reverend Trudi Hirsch-Abramson is a Zen Buddhist priest who worked for decades as a chaplain in various hospitals in New York City and as a faculty member at the New York Zen Center for Contemplative Care. She recently retired from serving as Chaplain Supervisor at Vassar Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY. She teaches workshops on Death and Dying, Grief and Loss, Aging, Mask work, Internal Movement, Spiritual Art, Pranayama and Meditation.
