បន្ទាប់ពីពិពណ៍បែបរឿងនិទានលើកមុនរបស់គាត់គឺ Dream Odyssey - ដំណើរឆ្លងកាត់ផ្កាយដែលលាយឡំជាមួយនិងការដឹងខ្លួនតិចៗ - សីហា ហួរ បានចុះមកផែនដីវិញ មកកាន់ទឹកដីនៃនិទានកថាផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់គាត់។ផ្អែកលើការចងចាំ និងបទពិសោធន៍ ស្នាដៃថ្មីរបស់គាត់លើកនេះ បង្កើតជាសារសំឡេងដល់រឿងរ៉ាវដែលគេលាក់បាំង និងលាតត្រដាងនូវស្នាមរបួសដែលនៅបន្តក្នុងសង្គមជនបទខ្មែរ (កង្វះការអប់រំ អត្រាកំណើតលើសលប់ សម្ពាធហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ការលក់ដោយបង្ខំចិត្ដ ការរឹបអូសដីធ្លីពីសំណាក់អ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍអចលនទ្រព្យ ការបណ្តេញចេញ ការគំរាមកំហែង កង្វះអាហារូបត្ថម្ភ ជំងឺដែលមិនត្រូវបានព្យាបាល និងការរីករាលដាលនៃគ្រឿងញៀន ... )។
ក្នុងពិពណ៍ថ្មីនេះ ផ្ទាំងគំនូរដ៏សោកសៅចំនួន ១៦ បង្ហាញពីភាពជាក់ស្តែងនៅជនបទក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ចុងជក់របស់គាត់បញ្ចាក់ពីទុក្ខវេទនា និងការប្រឈមបៀមទុក្ខនៅតែបន្តនៅទីនោះ។
ស្នាដៃនៃស៊េរីទាំងនេះបិទបញ្ចប់ដោយគំនូរដ៏ធំជាងគេមួយផ្ទាំងគឺ “នៅពីក្រោយទេសភាព ”។ នៅទីនេះរាល់តួរ អង្គ និងធាតុសោកសៅទាំងអស់នៃគំនូរចំនួន ១៥ លើកមុនបានផុសឡើងសារជាថ្មីប៉ុន្តែវាត្រូវ បានប្តូរទម្រង់ជា រចនាបថសាមញ្ញ ពណ៌ឆើតឆាយ និង ប៊ូកូលិកស្តាយ (bucolic style) ដែលជាធម្មតាទាក់ទងទៅនឹងសិល្បៈបែបអ្នកទេសចរ - កាតប៉ុស្ដាល់ដែលផ្ទុយពីការពិតដ៏គួរអោយសើចចំអកមួយ ជួយសម្រួចកម្លាំងរបស់ស្នាដៃ កាន់ តែខ្លាំងឡើង។

After his last visual fable, Dream Odyssey—an interstellar journey infused with subconscious tones—Seyha Hour descends back to Earth, to the ground of his own narratives. Rooted in memory and lived experience, his new works once again give voice to the dispossessed and expose the wounds and misfortunes that persist within Khmer rural society (Lack of education, excess birth rate, pressure from financial markets, forced sales, land grabbing by real estate developers, evictions, threats, malnutrition,
untreated illnesses, rampant drug addiction, …)
In this series, 16 poignant canvases reveal the stark realities of the Cambodian countryside, where his expressive brushwork lays bare both raw misery and the resilience that endures within it.
The cycle culminates in its most significant work, the large canvas “Behind the Scenery”. Here, all the harrowing figures and elements of the previous 15 paintings reappear, yet they are reframed in the
naïve, colorful, and bucolic style commonly associated with tourist art—an ironic postcard that sharpens the work’s critical force.
