Track Meet 2026

We’re excited to announce the 1st major event for 2026! We did this a few years ago and we’re back with this fun team event with a few tweaks. This event will replace or normal morning classes on Saturday. CrossFitters and Bootcampers are encouraged to join.
This is both an individual and team event.

“Magic Mile” – The mid-distance 1,600-meter run (4 times around the track) is a great benchmark of fitness. We’ll run this in heats. While we don’t expect anyone to set records (the current world record is 3:43 minutes, the thought of which makes me want to pass out), we fully expect many of you to be sub 10 minutes and some of you under 7.
200m Sprint – On the other side is the 200m sprint (1/2 way around a track). This will be giving it all you got and test your speed. This is pure anaerobic capacity, giving it all you have for 25-45 seconds. Unlike our normal workouts, no cars, motos or potholes. To dodge. We’ll run this In heats as well.
1,600 Mixed Relay – This is the most fun! In teams of 4 (2 gals/2 guys), you’ll do one circle around the track and hand off the baton. You’ll be going all out for the 400. This is a tough one, some of you may even break 1 minute on the 400.
