He is currently the head chef at Le Cerisier, a fine-dining restaurant in the heart of Lille. Just fifteen months after opening, the restaurant earned its first Michelin star under his leadership. His work continues to be celebrated for its bold flavors, elegant simplicity, and mastery of sauces.
