This August, FiveFive Rooftop proudly unveils an extraordinary collaboration with 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, one of Vietnam’s most awarded and forward-thinking cocktail destinations—featured on 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚’𝐬 𝟓𝟎 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 and 𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐬.

Joining us is 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐨𝐧𝐠, one of Vietnam’s first trailblazing female mixologists, who has played a defining role in shaping the country’s modern bar culture since 2015. As Group Mixologist of Summer Experiment, her craft combines bold flavors, sustainability, and storytelling—resulting in cocktails that are both artistic and unforgettable.
