Join us for a hands-on, educational day at the farm centered on ethical livestock harvest, land stewardship, and regenerative farming systems.
This workshop offers participants a step-by-step walkthrough of an ethical goat harvest, with a strong emphasis on animal welfare, respect, and skill-building. We will carefully guide attendees through the field dressing process, explaining each stage in detail and creating space for questions, observation, and learning. This is an educational experience designed to demystify where food comes from and to reconnect participants with responsible, humane animal husbandry.
This workshop is strictly 18+.
Please note that this event includes the harvesting of a goat and the witnessing of animal death as part of an educational demonstration focused on ethical livestock management and humane food systems.
Participation is voluntary at every stage. Attendees are not required to participate in or observe the moment of slaughter. Anyone who prefers may step away during that portion of the workshop. Participants are, however, strongly encouraged to engage during the field dressing portion, where the majority of hands-on learning and discussion takes place.
This workshop is conducted with care, professionalism, and deep respect for the animal. The intent is educational, not graphic or sensational, and is designed to foster understanding, transparency, and informed decision-making around ethical meat production.
By registering for this event, participants acknowledge and accept the nature of the content and agree to engage respectfully with fellow attendees, instructors, and the animals involved.
