Ice Cream and Candidates 2025

The Phillips County Republican Central Committee invites you to attend a “Ice Cream and Candidates” event, Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. The event will be held at the Huck Boyd Community Center, Phillipsburg, KS. County and State candidates will be given a brief time to share their views on the issues at hand. The candidates will be available during the social time following the last candidate’s speech. Ice Cream, water and tea will be served. Free will donation.
