Join us at Inner Sanctuary Wellness for a rejuvenating event designed to help you relax and unwind before the holiday rush sets in...let go of stress and tension as you immerse yourself in a tranquil atmosphere filled with calming scents and soothing sounds. This experience will guide you through gentle yoga movement & a softening aromatherapy meditation, followed by a mat-based sound bath with Tibetan bowls to help you soften into a state of calm & stillness. Take this opportunity to gift yourself and nurture your mind, body, and spirit in a welcoming and peaceful setting.

At the end of the session, you'll recieve a curated keepsake to help extend the calm beyond the holiday season, reminding you to take a pause with intention for your own practice of intentional rest and self-care.
