PECO Family Jams: Eggshell Mosaics

FREE with Admission

Isaiah Zagar, founding artist of Magic Gardens Museum, often smashes tiles with a hammer before he uses them to make mosaics. For students of the Zagar Method, this can be liberating or startling. Today, we will start small. Come paint eggshells and smash them. Use the pieces to make your own tiny mosaic artwork to take home.

PECO Family Jams are PMG’s family-oriented programs held on the second Sunday of every month between noon and 4:00 p.m. Crafts and basement tours are included with regular admission to PMG. We recommend purchasing your regular admission tickets in advance.
