About this event
Want to learn how to create painterly prints on the etching press? Over the three hours of this analog painting workshop, participants will learn to create unique painterly monotypes with water-based auka inks and plexiglass, while becoming comfortable using the etching press.
About the Workshop Leader
Dre Grigoropol is an illustrator and multimedia artist. She is a graduate of Moore College of Art and Design. Dre has years of experience teaching digital art. She has a deep passion for the arts and creativity, enjoys painting, is involved in numerous artist groups, and serves on the board of the Soapbox. For more, go to Dretime.net
Cost
$40 for Current Members of the Soapbox/$45 for Non-Members
Students will also be charged a $15 materials fee that covers ink, paper, and the use of equipment.
