Max Noir LIVE Twisted Tail Philly Debut

Born and raised in Bucks County, PA, Max Noir recently launched a successful career as a performing and recording artist in Uganda, East Africa. After a recent move back to the US, Noir is performing on the East Coast, showcasing a fun and nostalgic selection of pop hits throughout the 90s, 2000s and now, while she finishes the production of her debut album.
