✨We are excited to announce that our MIND/FULL workshops are expanding to the Winston-Salem area! Join us on August 4th at bushebarns in Pfafftown for a special ‘back-to-school’ experience for teens, ages 14-18.
💚 Our MIND/FULL program (seasonal 3-hour workshops) are nature-based and equine-facilitated experiences, intentionally designed to hold space for *full minds* in trying times (those navigating stress management, anxiety, life changes, traumatic events, relationships, friendships, and more).

💕Promoting self-care, self-discovery, self-awareness, and more, MIND/FULL workshops offer unique, safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental opportunities for participants to find the support they need and want. During these workshops, participants have the opportunity to choose how to spend their time…
🐴 In the company of horses {and learning compassionate horsemanship skills}
🎨 Expressing creativity through painting and other art opportunities
🍃 Immersing themselves in nature
🧘♀️ Practicing mindfulness
💙 Finding support by connecting with other participants, our clinicians (therapists), and equine specialists

*️⃣PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BY AUGUST 1. Minimum of 5 participants required to hold the date. Additional MIND/FULL dates in both Statesville and Pfafftown will be released for Fall and Early Winter as well. This will be our only Summer MIND/FULL offering.
