We will begin with our Sacred Balance Fall Equinox Sound Healing. The Fall Equinox is a moment of perfect balance—light and dark, inhale and exhale, doing and being. This sound healing ceremony invites you to mirror that harmony within yourself. Using crystal singing bowls, voice, chimes, and vibrational energy, we’ll move through a meditative sound journey that restores clarity, grounding, and deep inner peace.
This is a time to reflect, recalibrate, and remember that balance doesn’t mean perfection—it means presence.
On Saturday, we will have our Energy Clearing Spray Pop-up all day long! Cast your vision and craft your very own custom energy clearing sprayat our pop-up this Spring Equinox at Sienna Moon. Begin with our Burr & Oak base then choose what essential oils, waters, crystals and herbs that you'd like to infuse your spray with! These sprays are perfect for clearing, resetting, and recharging your energy on the go, easy morning rituals, or for spaces where you can't burn or have smoke. Anna, our room spray creator and expert will be here to help you find oils, crystals, and herbs to suit whatever intentions you have!
On Sunday, Karlie will be leading a nourishing and grounding meditation circle to honor the Fall Equinox, an invitation to align with the changing season and your inner rhythm. As we transition into autumn, we’ll embrace a moment of pause, reflection, and intentional release. Together you’ll flow through: Gentle somatic practices to let go of what no longer serves, Guided journaling prompts and creative reflection activities, Community sharing and supportive space-holding, a restorative Yoga Nidra to reset the nervous system and return home to self. If you're seeking a space to reset, reconnect, and welcome the energy of a new season, you’re warmly invited to join this circle.
