Volunteer Stream Monitoring Training

Join us for a Volunteer Stream Monitoring training on Sunday, September 14th! We're looking for volunteers to join our stream monitoring teams throughout northern Michigan. Teams collect water quality data once in the spring and once in the fall to keep an eye on the health of local rivers and streams. Join our training to learn how to collect aquatic insects and measure stream health. There's no experience needed, and all gear is provided! Training starts at our office (426 Bay St, Petoskey) and continues on the Bear River. We'd love to have you join us and make a difference for northern Michigan's waters!
