Iron Fish Ice Storm Disaster Relief Fundraiser

The historic ice storm of March 2025 devastated maple producers across Michigan, destroying more than 100,000 sugar maples and nearly a third of the state's annual syrup crop. The event is looking to bring the community together to raise awareness and support recovery efforts for the state's maple industry.

The event will feature chef's appetizers designed around Iron Fish Whiskey Barrel Aged Maple Syrup and paired with Iron Fish's maple-finished spirits. The money raised during the event is a fundraiser, with proceeds supporting the Michigan Maple Syrup Association Ice Storm Disaster Relief Fund.

Iron Fish Distillery will be on-site to engage with the community.

-Thursday, December 4th in the Rose Room at the Perry Hotel.

-Guests are welcome to arrive at their leisure between 6:30PM-8:30 PM.

-Tickets include appetizers and a featured drink. Additional beverages will be available for purchase
