Our presenter, Cheri Allen, is a knowledgeable organizational development expert specializing in leadership development and team dynamics. She has over 30 years of leadership experience in the technology, healthcare, engineering, CPG, and education services sectors. She possesses an ICF coaching certification and holds certifications in 5 Behaviors, Whole Brain Thinking, and DiSC as well as the SPHR and GPHR from SHRM. She pursued her academic career at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, for undergrad and Purdue University for graduate work. In addition to her cosulting practice, Cheri is a regular speaker at state and regional SHRM events, national supply chain conferences, regional SBA programs, and VEOC annual conferences.
