Survive & Thrive: Core

Survive & Thrive is a dynamic, science-based stress resilience training originally created specifically for 9-1-1 dispatchers, but applicable for all first-responders. This one-day interactive course breaks away from the old "suck-it-up" mindset in public-safety, empowering first-responders to confront job-related trauma and build healthier ways to manage stress. This condensed version of Survive & Thrive: Comprehensive is offered to meet the needs of busy first-responders with limited availability.
