Step away from the stresses of daily life and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of our park and woodland setting. Our guided Forest Bathing Session invites you to slow down, awaken your senses, and deeply connect with nature in a mindful and restorative way.
A woodland wellbeing forest bathing taster session normally lasts for 2 1/2 hours. Expect a mindful, slow paced stroll immersed in the natural environment. We will be moving at approximately 2-3 miles an hour. The session will be led by Kate from Woodland Wellbeing, a Shirin-Yoku (forest bathing) practitioner.
Wander through the woodland at a leisurely pace, engaging all your senses—mindfully notice the exquisite beauty of your surroundings, breathe in the fresh, earthy aromas, feel the textures of bark, listen to the soothing sounds of birdsong, and absorb the calming atmosphere of the forest. The experience features a unique elemental breathing and grounding exercise allowing you to completely unwind beneath the leafy canopy, followed by a warming woodland tea.
