At the heart of yoga lies the breath—our most powerful tool for connecting body and mind. Together, we’ll begin by learning how to tune into your breath, understanding its profound impact on your physical and mental wellbeing.
In this practice, you'll explore a variety of yoga poses (asanas), with a focus on the anatomy behind each one. We’ll break down the movements, giving you the knowledge and tools to adapt them to your unique body and needs. This journey is all about making yoga truly your own, honouring where you are in each moment.
Through mindful movement and breath, we’ll cultivate a deeper connection between body and mind, creating space for healing, growth, and balance. We’ll also dive into the seven chakra energy centres and the eight limbs of yoga, laying a strong foundation for your personal practice.
