Spirit Guide introduction and guided meditation with Jayme

Have you ever wondered about Spirit Guides? Join Jayme as she walks you through a guided meditation to meet one of your spirit guides. We will go through how to work with them, how to establish spiritual boundaries for protection, what types of guides you can have, what imposter guides are and how to get rid of them.
