This class aims to build upon the Spiritual Hygiene class, delving into intuition, the Clair gifts and what it means to be an empath. These practices are meant to be encompassing for all beliefs and paths

In this class you will learn what the intuitive gifts are, what your strongest Clair gifts are, and simple ways you can work with them daily. We will traverse into fun tests and techniques that you can use to create confidence in your abilities. Finally you’ll learn what an empath is, if you are one, and tips to navigate everyday life in a more secure emotional state.
