I don't know about you, but I find that this season can be a bit overwhelming at times! How would you like the chance to step away from the madness for an afternoon of well being?

Nicole @soulhealingwithnic and I are teaming up to bring you an afternoon to re-treat from the busy-ness of the Christmas build up and enjoy some you time.

Join us at Hatton Public Hall for our mini-retreat afternoon. We'll begin with a heart opening cacao ceremony to set our intention for the afternoon, followed by a Hatha Yoga flow to bring us into balance, then a wonderful opportunity to fully relax during a sound healing journey. We will close the afternoon with tea and some seasonal treats.
