Maybe you're new to yoga or you'd like to make time for a regular practice?

Make your Friday afternoon a time to connect your body and breath and quieten your mind using the breathing techniques (pranayama) and postures (asana) of Yoga. We will finish class with a relaxing savasana to absorb all the benefits of our practice.

BREATHE . MOVE . CONNECT . RELAX

Wear warm, comfortable clothes you can move easily in and bring your own mat, water bottle and a cosy blanket. (There are spare mats available)

4 Week Block - £32
Drop-in - £9 (only available if there is space)
Booking is essential.

Completion of a health questionnaire is required before your first class.
