Trent Radio will be holding our Annual General Meeting on
SUNDAY DECEMBER 7TH, 2025 at 4pm in Hobbs Library
at SADLEIR HOUSE (751 George St. North) followed by a COMMUNITY FEAST & Open Mic at around 6pm.
The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for our Board of Directors & staff to share the news, challenges and successes of Trent Radio this past year. It is also a time for the board to hear back from our membership - that's you.
You will have an opportunity to renew your membership before the AGM ($30/year).
Trent University Undergraduate Students are members of Trent Radio through the Levy Fee System.
In order to encourage and facilitate a space for open conversation and community connection within our membership (and to keep the AGM short and sweet), Trent Radio will be hosting our annual COMMUNITY FEAST - a shared meal that will serve as a celebration of the goals and principles that bring us and hold us together as a radio community.
Feasting will happen around 6pm in Hobbs Library on the Main Floor at the front of Sadleir House. Once we're settled in - we will open up the mic/stage for audible contributions.
