Songs of Sorrow, Seeds of Hope

Grief lives in all of us, in the endings we've known, the longings unmet, and the stories carried through our ancestors. This 8-week circle offers a tender space to honour sorrow in community through ritual, movement and expression.

Together, we will remember that grief is not a burden to bear alone, but a sacred teacher that softens us into deeper connection. All forms of grief are welcome.

Date: Oct 3rd - Nov 28th (8 weeks) - No Circle on Oct 31.
Time: 2-4 p.m.

Fee: $75/session, $600 total likely covered by most extended insurance benefits
