Soléa Presents: ASCENSION

The evening will begin with an opening circle and grounding breathwork activation, before moving into a 90 minute ecstatic dance. Before closing the night, we will rest and recharge through a sound bath infused with meditation and reiki. Expect to feel deep release, empowerment, and an abundance of self-love.

Attendees are encouraged to wear what makes them feel most beautiful, confident and empowered - which could be rave attire, flowy dresses, accessories, or whatever you feel called to! This is a judgement-free zone that will celebrate what makes you feel divine.

Barefoot, sock foot, or indoor shoes are all options.

If possible, bring your own:

Yoga mat

Blanket

Journal

Water bottle & snack

Light refreshments will be provided, as well as flow props for you to play with and learn!

Some videos & photos throughout the evening will be captured. If you do not consent or wish to not be in photos or videos, please let me or a volunteer know!

Parking at venue is limited! Please carpool if at all possible!
