Shielding Class

What it means to Shield, how to find yours, and how it can help in everyday life!

In this class we will dive into the practice of Shielding, discussing information and myths around this practice, then guiding you through a Shield Discovery Meditation.

There will be time allowed post-meditation for you to journal about what came up for you, and to draw or sketch your Shield if you wish (supplies provided). When all feel complete in this exercise, we will discuss how to invoke your Shield every day to better manage your energy field.
