The Winter Ball returns!
Featuring the annual crafting challenge, some quest shenanigans, and cozy vibes with friends!
The Cat doesn’t wanna go back, so he’s causing chaos. First he demands we make him a pretty outfit, then he asks everyone else to go and complete a series of challenges, but some of them are… weird? Puzzles and shenanigans abound.
Meanwhile, Stickman is stoking the fires of battle, but things aren’t going to plan on the battlefield. What’s an “Oops all Forcebolt Wizards”? We’re supposed to carry a what-now where? Guess it's up to us to figure it out.

11:00 am - 12:00 pm Site opens for setup (crats and volunteers)
12:00 - 1:00 pm Troll opens, teams have until 1:00 pm to sign up for crafting challenge
1:00 pm The Cat introduces the Storyline, quick craft rules are explained
1:00 - 4:30 pm Indoor - Quick Craft, Cat’s Challenge, casual hangouts
Outdoor - Battlegames
4:30 pm Everyone return from battlegames while we clean up craft supplies, distribute warm drinks 🙂
5:00 pm Quick Craft Runway with the Cat deciding a winner
5:30 - 6:00 pm Change into court garb as needed, set up for feast
6:00 - 6:15 pm Court Garb Runway
6:15 pm - 7:00 pm Feast
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Court, local and kingdom as needed, announce Cat’s Challenge winner(s)
8:00 pm - 8:30 pm General hangouts, cookie exchange and Secret Serpent exchange for participants
8:30 - 9:00 pm Clean up venue, be out by 9:00
