Spoken Word and Poetry open mic, first come, first served. 2 poems per poet, priority is given to new performers and those who travel!

This month we are joined by Ricky Frost!
Ricky Frost is a spoken word artist and poet from Essex. He is also a mentor for Lads Need Dads, helping boys with absent fathers to develop life skills and emotional expression.
Through his poetry and volunteer work, he wishes to inspire others to seek help, speak out and find healing and hope in their lives. His debut poetry collection “What If We Were Water” is available now via Earth Island Books.
