Fall Into Rest: Restorative Yoga

As the temperatures begin to cool down, come soak in the nourishment that restorative yoga offers the body, mind, heart, and soul. In this 2-hour class, we will explore longer-held supported poses to honor the season and prepare ourselves for the shorter hours of daylight ahead that invite us to rest. Please join us.
