The olive grove, with its lush surroundings, is transformed in summer, offering a stunning backdrop for a beautifully set table. Here, amidst the trees, the history of agriculture and olive production unfolds, crossing borders and time.
At McEvoy, each season unveils a new harvest of flavors and beauty for chefs to explore. This time, the McEvoy family welcomes us back to dine among the fragrant olive branches, with guest chef Telmo Faria of San Francisco's Uma Casa leading the culinary experience. Chef Faria brings his renowned expertise, blending traditional Portuguese flavors with fresh, seasonal ingredients, creating a memorable feast with plenty of olive oil.
